6. Axeman paired with Quail, Furious Demi Glaze, Polenta Cake & Parmesan

7. Barrel Aged 10 paired with Foie Gras Waffle, Spiced Maple & Lava Salt

Tickets are $100 per person and are being sold as tables with the following availability, 18% prepaid gratuity and taxes will be added to orders:
